This is the perfect activity for your family. It is quick, and everyone can help, even your little ones.
Plus, you already have everything you need.
We made this garland last year and the kids loved putting them together. They have been waiting for Easter to do it again.
This weekend is General Conference. So while we watch on Saturday and Sunday, I think we will make some extra garland to give to grandparents and friends.
YEAH FOR CONFERENCE WEEKEND, WHO'S WITH US?
ALL YOU NEED...
Plastic Easter Eggs
Thread, String or Yarn
Simply open the eggs, lay the string inside, and snap your egg closed over the thread.
Hang them in the perfect place and you are ready for Easter.

Hi. Stopping by from SITS. Great blog. We have eggs like that from last year. Maybe we'll make those too.
ReplyDeleteStopping by from the UBP! I love this idea! It is so simple and really fun!
ReplyDeleteI like the pretty painted eggs. I think what would make this EVEN better is if there was candy inside the eggs. Then I suppose people would take apart the garland. It's pretty!
ReplyDeleteI'm from SITS Saturday Sharefest. Great idea and super simple. I'm going to buy some eggs and take them with me when I visit my granddaughter next week. We'll make some of these and decorate while Mommie is at the hospital having a new baby sister. It will be easy enough for a 2-year-old to do. Thanks for sharing.
