FAMILY FUN FRIDAY-Never Have I Ever!

NEVER HAVE I EVER

This game is all about the things we haven't done. It is perfect to play with your family, regardless of how big or small. It is also a blast with large groups. You will love what you learn about each other.

All you need to play, are your fingers.

Have everyone sit in a circle.

Each player holds out all ten of their fingers and places them on the floor. (You can hold them up in front of you if you prefer.)

One by one each person announces something that they have never done. Start each statement with "Never Have I Ever." For example, "Never have I ever had a sister." OR "Never have I ever eaten fish."

For each statement, ALL THE OTHER PLAYERS REMOVE (put down) A FINGER IF THEY HAVE DONE THAT STATEMENT.

So...if three other people have a sister, those three people MUST PUT DOWN A FINGER. leaving them with nine fingers up.

The goal is to stay in the game the longest (TO HAVE FINGERS REMANING UP).

A good strategy is to say statements that most people have done, but that you haven't.

The goal is to be the last player with fingers up.

Leave a comment and tell us,
What have you NEVER DONE?

Have a Happy Happy Weekend.

  2. I have never dyed my hair either. But also never have I ever jumped off a diving board. (I am a total swimming wimp.)

  3. Jennifer, That's a good one. Did you learn how to swim, but just don't like it? Or does the fear come from never learning?

  4. I do know how to swim, or at least enough to keep from drowning (I hope) but the whole diving board thing has just never appealed to me. Plus it is handy to have something like this for these types of games. :)

  5. Hahaha. That is EXACTLY why I have never dyed my hair. :)
And, because I am scared to death to do it for some reason. Afraid my hair would never grow back my normal color. Silly I know. Hope you and your family have had a good weekend.

  6. Great blog! This is one of my favorite family activities for a rainy day! I have three young children so it's always a hoot to see what they come up with! Thanks again!
